From Concept to Commissioning: Our Process

Understand the drivers and desired outcomes of GHG initiatives.  Align on end conditions of a successful integration.  Highlight potential opportunities to reduce capital and/or increase return on projects, including:

• RINs, LCFS, and Carbon Offset (VCM) credit generation
• Federal, State, and Local decarbonization incentives

Research existing processes and planned expansions with Operations, Technical, and Project groups.  Align opportunities and eliminate misappropriation of capital and resources.  Prevent Capacity Loss or Giveaway due to GHG initiatives.  Design efficient integration plans for impacted processes, including:

• Fuel Gas, Natural Gas, and Vapor Recover Systems
• Pipeline and Terminals for Export including CNG and LNG stations
• IoT (internet-of-things), Process Control, Automated Reporting
• Environmental Compliance and Government Agency Notifications

Determine the CAPEX and OPEX requirements for each strategy.  Present corporate level capital justification in alignment with preferred financing options.

Comprehensive analysis of facility drives intelligent technology selection incorporating current and future needs.  Introduce disruptive, novel options including AI Decision Making based on real-time economic data sets and live process variables.

Serve as client representative and insure all end user specifications are met through extensive due diligence and QA/QC.  Manage supply chain elements.  Scope work and control costs for field  services. 

Adhere to Process Safety Management (PSM) standards, including conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) as necessary.   Create safe commissioning plan and procedures for full start-up and integration of systems.

Conduct controlled cutover to Facility Operators or one of our Production Assurance (O&M) Partners for long-term autonomy.
